1.1 What data we process

Name, e-mail, phone number and delivery address, to process and deliver the order.

Order details and order history.

Payment information: payments are processed by Montonio; we do not see or store card data.

Correspondence with the customer.

Technical data and cookies, if the customer agrees (see 1.6).

1.2 Purposes and legal bases

Performing the sales contract: processing orders, delivery, returns, complaints (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Legal obligations: accounting and tax records (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Newsletters and marketing, only with the customer’s consent, which can be withdrawn at any time (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

1.3 Who receives the data

We share data only as far as necessary with: the payment service provider Montonio, courier and parcel terminal services, our accounting service provider, and IT and hosting providers. Data is processed within the European Union / European Economic Area.

1.4 How long we keep the data

Accounting documents are kept for 7 years as required by the Estonian Accounting Act. Other order data is kept as long as needed to handle claims, generally up to 3 years. Marketing data is kept until consent is withdrawn.

1.5 Customer rights

The customer has the right to access their data, request its correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive the data in a portable format, and withdraw consent. Requests: info@madwave.ee. The customer may file a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).

1.6 Cookies

The website uses necessary cookies for the shopping cart and checkout. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with the customer’s consent, which can be changed in the cookie settings at any time.
