Swim paddles Paddles finger fun

The brightly printed Finger fun finger paddles allow you to correct your stroke by slightly increasing the area and feeling of support in the water.

These swimming paddles cover only the surface of your fingers, and not the entire palm. This causes great stress on the fingers and the corresponding tendons on the inside of the shoulder joints, which strengthens your wrists and fingers.

Using finger paddles will help you to better feel the start of the stroke and train for a long time without risking shoulder or elbow injuries.

Silicone straps provide a comfortable fit on the hands. The small size and shape of the paddles make them the perfect accessory for improving your stroke technique in any swimming style.
