Terms and Conditions

1.1 General

These terms apply to all purchases made in the online store madwave.ee (the “Store”). The Store sells goods to private customers (consumers). By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.

1.2 Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before the order is confirmed. Payment is made through the Montonio payment service (bank links and card payments). The contract is concluded when the payment has been received; the customer receives an order confirmation by e-mail.

1.3 Delivery

Goods are delivered to the address or parcel terminal chosen at checkout. Available delivery methods, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. In stock: delivery in 1–3 working days. If the product is not in stock: delivery in 2–5 working days. If the goods cannot be delivered within the stated time, we will inform the customer and, at the customer’s request, refund the payment.

1.4 Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. To withdraw, the customer must notify us by e-mail at info@madwave.ee before the end of the 14-day period. The goods must be returned within 14 days of sending the withdrawal notice. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

The customer may handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The customer is liable for any decrease in value resulting from other handling. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and other products whose hygiene seal or protective packaging has been removed cannot be returned, unless they are faulty.

We refund all payments received, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or the customer has provided proof of sending them.

1.5 Complaints and warranty

The customer has the right to submit a claim regarding goods that do not conform to the contract within two years of receiving them. Please describe the defect and attach photos by e-mail to info@madwave.ee. We respond within 15 days. If the defect is confirmed, we repair or replace the goods, or refund the price.

1.6 Disputes

We try to resolve all disagreements by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the customer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA, www.ttja.ee) or the court. Estonian law applies.

1.7 Changes

We may change these terms. The terms valid at the time of the order apply to each order.
